Will Clemens Return to Houston?

Will The Rocket stick with the Astros or take off for northern climes? The Yankees, especially, would love to land the future Hall of Famer back in New York. I think they need him more than Boston, too. Personally, I hope he stays in Texas.

I'd like to see Roger stay with Houston, but more than anything, I hope he pitches somewhere in 2007. Even at his age, he's still more effective than most starters in the big leagues.

As much as I admire Clemens I do not agree with the way he is handling his situation. Waiting until the pennant race to decide which team to join? For me baseball is about unity, and if I am a GM I don't sacrifice that unity for a hired gun who won't even travel on road trips. But we all know somebody will pay millions for his limited services. I'm probably just jealous...
